Refund and Returns Policy

Return

Purchased items have a 30 day return policy which begins from the date your item was received. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in the same condition it was received it, and in its original packaging. Security ties must be unbroken. Items with broken security ties cannot be returned. A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be first provided. Buyer pays for return shipping fees.

Refunds

We will notify you once the returned items have been inspected as to whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you wil be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
