Return Policy


Purchased items have a 30 day return policy beginning from the date items were received. To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in new condition and in original packaging. Security ties must be unbroken. Items with broken security ties located on the units themselves are not eligible for returns. All returned items must be accompanied by an Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or will otherwise be denied. Buyer pays for return shipping fees.

Customers will be notified once returned items have been inspected and approved for refunds. If approved, refunds will be automatically issued to original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
